Amazing, as are many of the other properties, but I can't help think just who these properties are intended for when they are built, given that foreigners can't own freehold property or land?

*_Wow ... just W-😯-W!_* Being an avid cook, the only thing I'd change would be to swap out the induction cooktop for gas, and I'd also swap out the lime green furniture covers for a nice Verdigris or Aquamarine. The layout, landscaping, and Japanese gardens make this place so serene, and the big deck would be perfect for some late-night parties! Victoria, this is now my second favorite property that you've brought to us. Those views! Man, find a marina to keep your boat, and this place is good to go! The front doors are so elegant and beautiful. "Paradise", indeed!

Holy shit. This shouldnt be more than 1.2 million usd. What a rip-off. Builder is probably targeting wealthy expats from the states. No way anyone with some sense would pay 5 mill for this in Phuket.
